This adventure-focused Himachal circuit travels from Kinnaur into the remote Spiti Valley before continuing to Manali. The route includes Sarahan, Sangla, Chitkul, Kalpa, Nako, Tabo, Dhankar, Kaza, Key Monastery and Chandratal/Manali depending on road and weather conditions.
The itinerary is best suited to travellers comfortable with long mountain drives and high-altitude terrain. The route may be adjusted according to weather, road conditions and local administration.

Day-wise Itinerary
7 Nights / 8 Days
Chandigarh / Delhi → Sarahan
Arrive at Chandigarh or Delhi and proceed towards Sarahan. Enjoy the changing Himalayan scenery on the way. On arrival, check in to the hotel. If time permits, visit the historic Bhimakali Temple.
Overnight stay: Sarahan
Sarahan → Sangla → Chitkul
After breakfast, drive towards Sangla Valley through the scenic Kinnaur region. Continue towards Chitkul, subject to road conditions, and enjoy the spectacular Baspa Valley landscapes. Return to Sangla for the night.

Sangla → Kalpa
After breakfast, continue towards Kalpa. En route, enjoy views of the Kinnaur mountains and the Sutlej landscape. On arrival, explore Kalpa and enjoy views of the surrounding peaks.

Kalpa → Nako → Tabo
After breakfast, leave Kinnaur and enter the Spiti Valley. Proceed towards Nako and visit the village and lake area if accessible. Continue to Tabo and visit the famous Tabo Monastery, subject to opening and local conditions.

Tabo → Dhankar → Kaza
After breakfast, proceed towards Dhankar and visit the monastery and surrounding valley viewpoints, subject to road conditions. Continue to Kaza, the main town of Spiti Valley. Evening at leisure.

Kaza Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore the Kaza region with visits to Key Monastery, Kibber village and other nearby attractions depending on road and weather conditions. Return to Kaza for the evening.

Kaza → Kunzum Pass / Chandratal → Manali
Proceed towards Manali via the Kunzum Pass route when open. If Chandratal is accessible and included for the season, visit the lake area; otherwise continue via the available safe route. Continue towards Manali.

Manali → Onward Journey
After breakfast, enjoy some leisure time in Manali depending on the departure schedule. Later proceed for your onward journey. Tour ends with unforgettable memories of Kinnaur, Spiti and Manali.
